The business needed a multi lingual solution that would integrate into their back office CRM system, handle online sales of over 23,000 products, help customers gain product knowledge and assist them in selecting products suitable for their business.

We created a content managed, e-commerce application using Barclays ePDQ that fully integrates with Ramsden Internationals Sage CRM system. We streamlined the management of over 23,000 products by integrating brandbank digital content and giving each account personalised pricing with realtime currency conversion.
Understanding that a country may have specific guidelines regarding food imports and information was key and is why the application operates in seven languages including Mandarin and Greek. The application has an in-built promotional email system that is also translated to all languages. The whole solution is presented using the latest web development technologies with emphasis given to a clean, intuitive design and modern UI.
Turnover has grown from £10m to £50m
Our solution has improved communication with their customers and enabled them to gain a better understanding of customer requirements. It has opened up new commercial streams and provided further business opportunities with existing clients. Ramsden International is now able to maximise their digital marketing capabilities.
